Founder/Chair of the Board

Founder and Chairman of the Board of GIDE since 2009. She has been working as a psychologist in the field of education since 1997. Since 1998 she has been working as a debate trainer, head of the debate club, a debate teacher and a judge of various debate formats.

Since 1999 she has been a scholarship holder of various international competitions, in which she has worked as a postgraduate and doctoral student at the faculties of social, personal and pedagogical psychology at the Universities of Saarland, Frankfurt and Leipzig; She underwent an internship at the Saarland School of Psychology Service; Received a certificate of Stress Management Specialist at the Leipzig Institute for Psychotherapy and worked on research about the psychological impact of a debate curriculum on youth in Frankfurt and Leipzig.

Since 2000 she has been the co-author of debate textbooks. In 2004, she created the first curriculum in Eastern Europe for general education institutions.

Since 2005 she has been conducting TOT training for both civil and private sector representatives.

Since 2013 she has been an international debate trainer and coach. She conducts training in different countries.

Since 2018 she has been conducting training for representatives of the City Councils, the City Halls, the media and the non-governmental sector in various municipalities of Georgia.
