Salome Shelia

In 1998, for the first time in Georgia, she introduced a large-scale debate technique training program in various schools and higher institutions. Within the framework of the program, a corps of debate trainers was formed, training programs were held and the first Georgian textbook of debates was written.
Since 2009, Salome has been involved in GIDE projects as a debate trainer, consultant, and judge of various debate formats.
Salome Shelia is a management consultant by profession in the fields of organizational development, human resource management, general management and leadership. She is also engaged in academic activities in the fields of teaching and research. Her research interests include issues such as leadership, emotions, and organizational culture.
Salome holds a degree from Tbilisi State University with a degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from a joint program at Kay Western Reserve University Business School (USA) and the Center for International Management (Hungary). Salome is also a Doctor of Psychology (PhD) at Kochi University (Turkey).
