Konstantine Magradze

Konstantine is the founder of the organization, a member of the board, a trainer and a consultant in the field of communication.

Since 1998 he has been working as a debate trainer, head of the debate club, a debate teacher and a judge of various debate formats.

Organized and with the direct participation of Konstantine, up to ten educational camps in 1998-2004 were held, training for teachers and students in Tbilisi and the regions were conducted. During this time he taught Karl Popper debates in various schools and led debate club activities.

Konstantine Magradze is the co-author of the debate manuals “Constructive Debates” and “Debates for Elections”. He has also participated in international parliamentary debate tournaments as a player and judge in Slovenia and Estonia. Konstantine Magradze was the coach of the Georgian team and the international trainer in the international debate forums in Croatia and Slovenia.

Konstantine is a Senior Consultant at Gepra Consulting Group. Since 2005 he has been conducting training, lectures and seminars on public relations, modern approaches to communication and strategic PR planning for students, public officials, business representatives and NGO staff.

Konstantine Magradze is the Chairman of the Board of the “Georgian Corporate Social Responsibility Club”. He is the author of the Public Servants Desk Book “Strategic Planning for Successful Public Relations”.
